Veronica is the Head of Operations for the Nairobi Programme. She oversees the operational functions for the Nairobi office in the areas of human resources, transport and facilities, safety & security and finance. Veronica has a background in accounting and is a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya (AWAK). She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Strategic and Human Resources Management. Veronica joined the Programme in 1993, having previously worked in the Insurance and Tours & Travel Industries in accounting roles. Since joining the Programme, Veronica’s role has progressed to senior management to match the evolving needs of the Nairobi hub.
