David joined the Programme in 2013 to meet the emerging need to critically address security issues and growing demand to ensure safety of staff both on campus and while travelling. He is a holder of Bachelor of Commerce degree and brings on board twelve years’ experience from commercial security, five of which he was the Security Manager for Sameer Africa Ltd, a leading tyre manufacturer in East Africa.
