Mr. Hillary Ondato

Bio
Hillary joined the Programme in 2010, and is responsible for providing leadership and guidance in the management and development of human resources to proactively enhance their effectiveness towards achieving the Programme’s goal and objectives. He comes from the private sector with over six years’ experience in Human Resource Management in the hospitality industry. Prior to this, he worked for fifteen years at Kenya Agricultural Research Institute in training and then HR roles. He holds an MSc in Human Resource Development from the University of Manchester, UK and a Master’s degree in Rural Economics from Agra University. He is a full member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Kenya. His long term goal is to enable the Programme to attain world-class organizational excellence in Human Health by developing and inspiring the true potential of the Programme’s human capital and providing opportunities for growth, well-being and enrichment.
