Management of malnutrition including supportive care, nutritional rehabilitation and clinical/omic and pathophysiological pathway characterization; this work has included a trial of narrow versus broad spectrum antibiotic use in malnourished children to inform antimicrobial stewardship in hospitals and optimization of breast feeding support for mothers of malnourished infants.
