Financing Kenyan health centres and dispensaries: Exploring the implementation and effects of Direct Facility Funding

This policy brief assesses an innovative approach to alleviate the challenges of reducing and removing user fees through Direct Facility Funding to dispensaries and health centres. The positive results from this pilot indicate that scaling of the current Direct Facility Funding system is warranted.
