Our Health Systems team has a strong presence in the ongoing Health Systems Global meeting in Vancouver Canada. This years theme is “Resilient and responsive health systems for a changing world” and more information can be found on http://healthsystemsresearch.org/hsr2016/ This is a massive health systems research meeting involving over 4000 people, including researchers, policy makers, funders and implementers.
The team will be making various presentations of the varied work that they have done in both Kilifi and Nairobi. They will be involved in a range of sessions, including presentations and posters focusing on financing, governance, gender, ethics, and intersectionality, a satellite session on what learning sites are, an organized session on lessons from our RESYST consortium, and a skills-building sessions on how to do gender analysis in health systems research.
